the Hungarian troops. On the invitation of the Soviet Government a delegation of the Polish Committee of National Liberation has arrived at Moscow. 2 days after her arrival the delegation has conversations with Mr. Stalin and Mr. Churchill, Mr. Molotov, Mr. Eden. the British and American ambassadors were also present. Three days later there was a talk with the Polish Premier and the leader of the delegation. The delegation wishes to come to agreement with the Premier on the basis of the 1921 Democratic Constitution. Mr. Mikołajczyk said he would consult London on the proposals. The Japanese report an American fleet and transport off the Philippines and they say that landings have begun in the Central Philippines on the island of Sollae [?]. They also report a big raid on Manilla and operations against the Nicobar Isles in the Indian Ocean. The Japanese say their forces are intercepting the American units. There is no new about
