Nancy north of Belfort. the 7th Army is
continuing to pierce the Vosges. France
recovered the international status
as a free power amongst the great
nations today when Britain, America
and Russia recognised de Gaulle's
administration as provisional
Government for France. Allied Military
Authorities have transferred a greater
part of France including Paris to de
Gaulle. The first of hundreds of trial to be
held in Paris Palais de Justice by a special
Assizes Court. For the first time women
were admitted to the Jury. The case was
against George Suarez editor of
"Paris Soir", and head of "Aujourd'hui"
