said that the pact was a vigorous

luncheon given by Mr. Eden.
Mr. Roosevelt and Mr. Churchill met
again today to make a short statement
which has not yet been
published. Queen Wilhelmina flew
to Canada to meet Princess Juliana
and she was accompanied by
Mr. van Kleffens, minister for foreign
affairs.
