Again yesterday the Germans were
under attack in East, South and
West.
An order of the day was issued yesterday
at 9 o'clock by Marshal Stalin in
which the starving of Zaporizja was
mentioned.
Zaporizja is a great industrial city
which before the war had 300000
inhabitants and lies near the
Dnjepr dam. The whole Zaporizja
bridgehead has been lost by the Germans.
Early yesterday morning Russian
tanks took the Railway station.
